60 Minutes Sports Massage Deluxe

Service Description

The deluxe treatment includes 15mins of deep tissue massage on the main problem area, plus the regular MyoKinesthetic Sports Massage which includes a detailed assessment to identify muscular restrictions, problem areas and allow us to customize your session to suit your needs. We use deep compressions, muscle energy techniques, kneading & assisted stretching to improve your range of motion & flexibility. Best suited for: -soft tissue aches & pains -sitting or standing for long periods -injuries associated with athletic, repetitive or recreational activities. You will remain dressed throughout the session, so please wear light clothing or workout attire.
